By signing up for MyPlayer Athlete LLC, you ("Athlete", "User") agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility & Account Creation
- You must be at least 15 years old (or have parental consent if under 18).
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- MyPlayer reserves the right to approve or deny athlete registrations.
2. Athlete Merchandise & Earnings
- MyPlayer will create and sell merchandise featuring your name, image, and likeness.
- You grant MyPlayer a non-exclusive license to use your likeness for merchandise and marketing purposes.
- Athletes will receive a 15% commission per item sold, with payouts processed through [Payment Provider on Form] .
- MyPlayer retains the right to determine pricing, promotions, and fulfillment.
3. SMS Communications & Consent
By signing up for MyPlayer, you agree to receive SMS messages related to:
- Promotional messages about new athlete drops, sales, and MyPlayer updates
- Informational messages regarding order status, earnings, and important notifications
- Marketing messages for events, partnerships, and special promotions
Message Frequency: Messages may be sent daily or weekly depending on promotional campaigns, updates, or account activity.
Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from SMS communications at any time by texting STOP to [short code or number]. You will no longer receive messages from MyPlayer.
Help Instructions: For assistance, text HELP to [short code or number] or contact support@myplayer.com.
Carrier Fees: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
4. Intellectual Property
- All designs, graphics, and website content are the exclusive property of MyPlayer.
- Athletes cannot use MyPlayer’s designs or branding outside of our platform without permission.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Engage in fraud, fake sales, or unauthorized promotions.
- Post defamatory or misleading statements about MyPlayer.
- Share account credentials or resell merchandise outside of MyPlayer.
6. Refunds, Returns, & Disputes
- All sales are final unless there is a production defect.
- Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Disputes related to earnings must be submitted to support@myplayer.com within 30 days of payout.
7. Account Termination
MyPlayer may terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms & Conditions.
- You engage in fraudulent activity.
- You request account closure.
8. Limitation of Liability
- MyPlayer is not responsible for lost earnings due to third-party payment failures.
- We are not liable for damages beyond the amount earned by the athlete.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State], and any disputes will be resolved in [County, State] courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
MyPlayer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
