Built by Athletes, for Athletes—Since Day One

MyPlayer didn’t start in a boardroom. It started in a garage, with a vision, a laptop, and a few high school buddies who believed that athletes deserve more than just stats on a scoreboard—they deserve a platform to build their story, their brand, their legacy.

We launched with no connections, no investors, and no roadmap. Just grit, hustle, and a belief that we could build something different. Our first eight athletes? Cold calls. Guys we grew up with. Teammates. Neighbors. Friends from church. We pitched them on an idea: let’s create something custom—merch that’s built around you, not the other way around.

They said yes. And just like that, the foundation of MyPlayer was born.

From those early days, everything we’ve done has been athlete-first. We built custom drops out of bedrooms and garages. We drove shirts across town ourselves. We took photos in backyards and gym parking lots. Every order, every design, every moment—we made it personal.

Today, we’ve grown from 8 athletes to 3,500+ college athletes, with over 12,000 athlete fans backing our mission. But that original mindset hasn’t changed. We’re not just selling apparel—we’re building a brand with and for athletes at every level. Whether you're playing in a small-town rec league or chasing a D1 dream, we’re here to give your story the spotlight it deserves.

At MyPlayer, it’s not about being the biggest brand in the game—it’s about being the most authentic, creative, and athlete-driven. Always has been. Always will be.

"I grew up around sports. I played three sports in high school, wrestled in college, and my life was surrounded by coaches, supportive family, and teammates who became lifelong friends. Sports have always been more than just a game to me—they’re about the relationships, the moments, and the journey. My goal with MyPlayer is to connect people to athletes in a way that has never been seen before. I want families and fans to follow every athlete through their journey, to celebrate their milestones, and to have something tangible that keeps those memories alive forever."
