Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with MyPlayer Athlete! Every product you order is custom-made for you, and we're committed to getting it to you as efficiently as possible. Because we partner with a print-on-demand service, Printify, our shipping process is a bit different than a traditional store. Here's what you can expect.
Production and Processing Time
Every order is custom-produced. The time it takes to create your item is separate from the shipping time.
- Production Time: It typically takes 2-5 business days for your order to be made. Production times may be longer during peak holiday seasons.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, the product you ordered, and the shipping method you select.
- Shipping Rates: These are based on the product and your location. The first item in an order has a higher shipping cost, and each additional item has a reduced cost. This is because all products are shipped as they are completed by our print providers.
- Delivery Estimates: Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
- Standard Shipping: Generally takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders.
- Economy, Expedited, and Overnight Shipping options may be available and will be displayed at checkout with their respective delivery estimates.
Note: Please be aware that if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different print providers. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary significantly based on the destination.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These fees are not included in your shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Lost Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@myplayerathlete.com with a photo of the damaged item and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue with our print provider.
- Lost Packages: If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office. We are unable to provide a refund for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
